Court documents reveal that while Blake Lively has accused Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment (which he denies), her driver, Kevin Alexander, has also come forward. Alexander alleges that Baldoni made “disturbing” remarks to Lively, leaving him so unsettled after their first meeting that he considered doing a background check on the director.
Blake Lively’s Driver Alleges Justin Baldoni Discussed Sexual Encounters During First Meeting
According to a deposition obtained by US Weekly on January 26, Blake Lively’s driver, Kevin Alexander, claimed that during his first meeting with Jane the Virgin actor Justin Baldoni, the director spoke openly about his sexual relations with women.
Alexander recalled that the conversation happened during a car ride with Lively and another passenger present. “To me, it was very out of the ordinary to meet somebody and talk like that in a vehicle. That’s why it caught my attention,” he said.
He added that he “can’t forget” the discussion because it distracted him from driving. Alexander alleged that Baldoni admitted he “was forced on and he forced himself on women” and continued to discuss his sexual encounters, including situations where women said no.
This account first surfaced in December 2024 when the public legal battle between Lively and Baldoni began.

Blake Lively’s Driver Claims Justin Baldoni Made ‘Disturbing’ Remarks About Women
Kevin Alexander, Blake Lively’s driver, alleged in a deposition obtained by US Weekly that during a car ride with Lively and another passenger, Justin Baldoni spoke about forcing himself on women. Alexander said Baldoni “discussed ‘more stuff’” during the journey, though he didn’t pay attention to all of it.
“It is those key points when someone says, you know, forcing myself on women, women forced on me, I didn’t care,” Alexander said. “It is disturbing to me. You can’t forget something like that.”
After the ride, Alexander reportedly told Lively, “‘I feel very uncomfortable. Something is not right here. I would like to do a background check on him or something.’” He later learned that Baldoni was the producer of the film.
Representatives for Baldoni declined to comment to LADbible Group.
